SALES AND CONDITIONS

Below are the trading conditions for purchasing products on the website www.orlowatches.com, which belongs to Watch Group Denmark, CVR: 40015868 (hereafter referred to as ORLO). By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions, which will be available on ORLO's online store at all times. Please read them carefully. We hope you have a pleasant experience in our online store.

PLACING ORDERS

Placing an order on our website is not a legally binding agreement. ORLO reserves the right to cancel your order due to typographical errors, currency errors, technical problems, delivery failures, and similar situations. Only after we have dispatched your items will we send you a binding order confirmation/invoice. When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email generated automatically by our system. This is simply an electronic receipt to acknowledge receipt of your order. Please note that the automatic email response is not a legally binding order confirmation that constitutes an agreement. The agreement is only binding once you have received an email from ORLO informing you that we have dispatched the product.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices listed in DKK include VAT, currently 25%. We reserve the right to change prices on the website immediately. Shipping costs for delivery within Denmark and outside Denmark are indicated on the website. ORLO reserves the right to charge shipping costs to cover its expenses.

ORLO accepts payment by Dankort, Visa, Visa-Dankort, MasterCard, and other common electronic payment solutions. When you place your order, the money will be reserved on your account. Payment will only be deducted from your account when we dispatch the product.

PAYMENT SECURITY

ORLO encrypts all your credit card information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with STRIPE or NETS, which handle payments for purchases. Please note that the page where you enter your credit card information looks different from the rest of the store. This is due to requirements from STRIPE and NETS that the page must be secure and the information encrypted.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

You can place orders online at any time of the day you want. ORLO handles orders Monday to Thursday 9:00 - 16:00, Friday 9:00 - 15:30. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the following business day. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to holidays and public holidays.

PURCHASE LAW

In addition to the above, you have a two-year warranty as a customer in case of defects in accordance with the general provisions of the Purchase Law.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you wish to exchange an item you have purchased, you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.

A complaint about a product or service purchased from ORLO can be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Centre for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Centre for Complaint Resolution via www.forbrug.dk where you can also read more about the amount limits, fees, procedures, etc.

The European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used to file a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. ORLO is subject to the Danish Data Protection Act, and all processing of personal data is done in accordance with this act. According to the Data Protection Act, ORLO is considered the data controller for the information recorded about customers and visitors to https://www.orlowatches.com.
