Yes, we ship all over the world.
It depends on where you are.
All orders placed on our website are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
European based orders will typically take 2-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.
Once your order has been processed and collected by the courier from our warehouse, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number as well as a link to monitor your shipment. You will be able to start tracking your shipment 24 hours after receiving this tracking information for your order.

- Absolutely. We offer a 100-day return policy for all watches in their original condition, including packaging and tags. If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 100 days without giving any reason. The right of cancellation expires 100 days after the goods are received. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must clearly notify us in an email that you wish to cancel your purchase. You cannot simply refuse to accept the package or fail to pick it up at the post office.
If you choose to cancel a purchase, you must return the item to us without removing the protective plastic from the glass, strap, and crown, and without any signs of use. As the packaging, including boxes for the watch and other items, is important for resale of the product, any damage to the packaging or failure to return it will result in a decrease in value. You are responsible for any decrease in value of the item that may result from handling other than what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning. You bear the risk that the item is properly packaged during return shipping.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 100 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to cancel your purchase.
Most banks take between 3-7 business days before they register refunded amounts, excluding weekends and holidays. Therefore, you can expect to receive a refund of the item’s value no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned item.

We insure all shipments against loss and damage while they are in transit from ORLO to the recipient address. As soon as receipt of the shipment is acknowledged at the agreed address, the insurance expires. If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you make a note stating that you received a damaged package when acknowledging receipt of the shipment.
Your ORLO watch is covered internationally by the official warranty for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions that apply to this warranty.
The warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. If a covered component of the watch is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you as the consumer, as long as the watch is returned during the warranty period.
After the expiration of the warranty period, there will be a service fee for any service or repairs.
In the event that the watch needs to be completely replaced, ORLO cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model. If your model is no longer available, you will receive a new watch of similar value and style. The warranty for the new watch expires two (2) years from the date of purchase of the new watch.
This warranty does not cover:
- Batteries, glass, crown, all types of straps and bracelets, and externally mounted glass crystals or other forms of decoration
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- Water damage unless the watch is water resistant to more than 3 atm.
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged accidentally, through negligence by anyone other than authorized ORLO dealers, unauthorized servicing, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
You are responsible for transportation costs when submitting your item including but not limited to postage, insurance, and packaging materials.
We recommend that any shipment to us or our authorized service centers includes certified delivery and insurance.
Payment
Our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to help ensure that your shopping experience is secure. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. You will also notice that when you look at the address bar (URL) at the top of your browser, you will see it start with ‘https:’ instead of the usual ‘http:’.
We naturally comply with GDPR regulations and ensure that your personal information is kept private and confidential. We will never rent or sell this information to third parties. When you place your order online, we ask for your name, email, billing address, shipping address, phone number, credit card number, CSV code, and expiration date. This is necessary for these details to be verified by the card issuer, which is a licensed financial institution that provides payment processing to confirm your order. Additionally, we may use your contact information to inform you about the latest products and arrivals as well as exclusive discounts. If you prefer not to receive these updates, you can unsubscribe from your account settings or contact us to be removed.
EU: All prices displayed on our website include the mandatory 25% Danish VAT. No additional customs duties or taxes are charged on orders for delivery within EU participating countries.
Rest of the world: Customers from the rest of the world are charged the price of the goods excluding the mandatory 25% Danish VAT that EU customers need to pay. This price is exclusive of any local taxes, VAT, import duties, or other local charges that may apply depending on where you are in the world. Any fees imposed upon import are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer. If goods are returned to us because the shipment is not cleared in customs or refused by the recipient due to local fees or tax, any re-entry and shipping costs for any due refund will be charged to the customer. ORLO is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance process.
Service
- Keep your watch clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct contact with chemicals like perfumes and cleaners. Service your watch at authorized service centers every 2-3 years for mechanical watches and replace the battery every 12-18 months for quartz watches.
In the rare and unfortunate event that you experience any issues with your watch and would like to have it serviced during the warranty period, please contact our customer service at contact@orlowatches.com. Our customer support team will assist you and provide detailed information on how to send your watch to our authorized service center, where it will be thoroughly inspected.
Quartz watches are usually equipped with a silver oxide button cell battery, which is readily available in most watch stores and/or jewelers and typically lasts up to 12-18 months depending on its usage. Watches with chronograph functions that are frequently used may shorten the battery life faster. If your battery has run out of power, you can visit a local watch store and/or jeweler for assistance in replacing the battery for you.
