ORLO ensures delivery via Post Nord, unless otherwise specified, to a recipient in Denmark. The delivery will take place at the delivery address provided by you during the ordering process or at a delivery point near your delivery address.

All orders placed on our website are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

European based orders will typically take 2-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days.

As ORLO cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, we cannot provide a guaranteed time of delivery to the customer/recipient's address. In case the desired item is not in stock at the time of order, we will contact you via phone or email to make further arrangements.

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the purchase if the delivery is delayed compared to the agreed upon timeframe.

We insure all shipments against loss and damage during transit from ORLO to the recipient's address. Once the shipment has been acknowledged at the agreed address, the insurance lapses. If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you make a note that you received a damaged package when acknowledging the shipment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 100 days without providing a reason. The right of withdrawal expires 100 days after receiving the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must unambiguously notify us via email that you wish to withdraw your purchase. You cannot simply refuse to accept the package or fail to collect it at the post office.

If you choose to withdraw a purchase, you must return the item to us in unused condition. You are liable for any depreciation of the item's value resulting from any handling other than what is necessary to determine the goods' nature, properties, and functioning. Since the packaging of the goods, including, for example, watch boxes and other items, is essential for the resale of the goods, any damage to the packaging will result in a depreciation of the item's value if not returned. You bear the risk that the item is properly packaged during the return shipment.

You must return the goods without undue delay and ship it to us no later than 7 days from the date you informed us that you wished to withdraw your purchase.

When you return the package to us, we recommend that you obtain a receipt from the post office upon shipment. Please note that you should return the item as a value package. This way, you, as a customer, are also insured in case the package is lost in transit. If the package is lost and you did not send it as a value package, you cannot claim compensation from your postal service. Please note that we do not accept packages sent by COD.

When you withdraw a purchase, we will refund the payment to your account as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice of withdrawal, provided that we received the returned package within this period. Otherwise we will withhold the refund until we have received the item back. The refund will be made to the payment card used to complete the order.
